The Haussmann Group has further strengthened its corporate structure through the establishment of a new entity. In early September 2025, Haussmann Trustee AG was incorporated, with its registered office in Zurich.

The purpose of Haussmann Trustee AG is to provide trustee services both within Switzerland and internationally. The company conducts its trustee activities in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Financial Institutions (FINIG) and is subject to the corresponding regulatory supervision.

Furthermore, the company offers professional services, particularly in the areas of company administration, accounting and advisory.

We are pleased to announce that the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FINMA) has granted Haussmann Trustee AG the authorization to operate as a trustee.
